We have a new daily tradition in our home Hours rest. Everyone lays down and reads books in there bed for one hour alone and quite. The three youngest fall asleep and the older ones feel recharged for the rest of the day. Mommy loves it!

What a great idea, it takes away the stress of nap time, and having to take a nap. I love it!
