Rusty (maddax)

We have a new dog his name is Rusty formaly Maddax and probably a whole host of other names before that he is a four year old terrior mix and Kirstyn got him for her birthday from Michele but it turns out he doesent like Zack at all and Kirstin decided a new home was needed so we took him home with us from Michele's. The first day things didnt go well he ran away from me and I gave chase for 40 minites bare footed by the time I gave up and left him to fend for himself my feet were actualy bleeding Ouch and I came home hot and tierd and well VERY UPSET with our new dog then I look over and there he is waiting pationtly for someone to open the slider and let him in so he can have a nice long drink. Neadless to say he is not on my good list at the moment.

But he also has this HORIBLE skin rash all over that is infected and OUCH so I feel sorry for the little guy. We bought a few home remidies to try and shaved him so we are hopeful he will get better but as you can see he looks plain miserable

My sisters house

David had a week of helping out in california so we thought we would all go on a gas paid trip to Californa the kids and I would go to Micheles and David would stay in Onterio and work. SO we loadded up the M5 BMW that Daves work told him to take and took off, When we first got there we went out to eat with Dad and got to see his new house it is big and vary nice but could use a little more furniture LOL!!

Than we went to the evening church service at our old church and got to catch up with old friends that was nice.

We stayed one night in the hotel with Dave than Michele picked us up and took us on to Tahachapi the nexst morning.

The kids and I had a lot of fun with a brake from the extream heat. They rode horses went to the park and ate out and relaxed and just had a pleasent time. The kids got along great and played OUTSIDE a strange thing in Arizona during the summer. I love to visit with my older and wiser sister. I even got to see Kirstyn and got my first peek at her baby bump (so cute) and I got to meet her leading man Zack for the first time. Thank you for a wonderful time Elliott family we love you!

The Dogs are home!!

We lost our doggies Tuesday and they spent the whole day out and about from at least nine in the morning until about four Remide was found and Charlie was found at around six.

But I wanted to share Gods answer to prayer with you all. Charlie has on an old tag with the phone number we had back in Tonopah and I could never remember the number but on my way to Office Max to make LOST dog adds I started praying for Charlies safe return Remide had already been found and all of a sudden the Lord reminded me that there was an old number on Charlies coller and he reminded me of the number so I called it, and a man answered I told him the situation and asked him to please pass on my new number if someone calls him and he said he would. Not more than ten minutes later someone did!!

Well Charlie is safe and sound at home Yeah the Lord is good!!! Now we need to update that tag!

Piano recital!

What a wonderfull piano recital we had we were blessed with amazing music and had a nice little feast afterwards. Alyssa and Kathryn did a wonderful job all there practicing was aparent and we were quite proud of them!

Alyssa had three quite hard and long pieces that she memerized. One was Twinkle Twinkle little star and everyone sang along. Kathryn also had two pieces that she played perfectly also memerized her growth from just six months ago is profound she did so good!!

Church work day

We had a church work day at the Valverdes new house quite a few folks showed up and a lot of things got done the out building was cleaned and the weeds were pulle the bathroom was cleaned and two doors and a window were installed yeah!!

HAPPY FOURTH OF JULY

Becuse of recourd heat and a prespective monesoon we decided not to go see fireworks but we got into the spirt of things with matching T-shirts all around and took some great photos. We are happy we live in a country that is free to worship the Lord in any way we choose and pray that the state of country will improve I feel sure that the Homeschoolers of today will do great things for our Country Tommorow.

DRESS UP

Tommy decided to dress up with Mommy's make-up so after I took some cute photos he got scolded and a face washing. Continuing in the spirt big sister Alyssa thought Carolynn needed a hair make over and I agree she lookes just too cute!

BEES

The out bulding at cyndis new house had BEES in them and no matter how hard David and Raul tryed to rid the bulding of the problem the BEES prevaled so we called in the exsperts!! Now we will be BEE free for tommorows church work day yeah!

Hello

What a morning we had I got up and had a fellowship time with the Lord than went down to see about Ina and to my surprise she was not in bed!! where is she she had somhow gotten out of bed and pulled herself up under the table and was sleeping there I cheeked her over and got her back in bed but it is clear her new hosbital bed is not going to work and we will need one with a full size side rail instead of the half rail we have!!!



The girls have a piano recital coming up on Saterday and the are practicing hard for it. There piano teacher takes summers off and there will not be any more lessons for a couple of months and than they will resume there lessons. I will be sure to post pictures of the exciting event.



Cyndi and I have been getting up a half hour before the children to pray and read 1st Peter together and it is making a big differance in our day. We pray for smoothness and patioance and the lord is providing.



There will also be an all church work day on Saterday to try to get a lot of the repairs done to Cyndi's house so we will let me you know how that goes.



We are looking forward to the fourth of July David has it off and we are going to spend the day in a relaxing morning and than we will try to get things done for the work day at the house I should have lots of photos and things to post in the days ahead we love all of you and the kids what to say HI to all there exstended family!!
